Friends,
I am shocked beyond belief and filled with sadness over the
loss of a fur baby named Molly.
Corgi Nation is standing tall and supporting Molly’s
voice and her family through this FB page: (Please visit and Like)…

It is beyond comprehension that someone can brandish
a weapon and attack an innocent pup in a fit of drunken rage and still be able
to live with themselves after the alcohol has worn off and the sun has come
up. This individual is supposedly
remorseful but what does that do now? It
does not bring back this sweet fur baby and it does not make the pain any less
for the family and the remaining fur baby that is alone and confused. This needs to set a precedent for people that
take it upon themselves to harm innocent animals.
(From the FB page for support of Molly):
Supporters of Molly and the STRONG Corgi Nation have
taken to both handwritten letters and email to submit their thoughts, concerns
and requests all in the defense of Molly.
According to Molly's supporters on FB they are asking that any correspondence you send please be Accurate, Clean, Polite, Brief and Focused please.

Not only was Molly a corgi (which we have an
interest in because Jozi is a corgi), BUT Molly was a fellow fur kid that
deserved so much more than to die in the arms of her family. She deserved to grow far past her 13 months
of life… to frap, to develop that ‘corgi smile’, to run and frolic, to swoon
over amazing belly rubs and to enjoy an
over abundance of love and treats and
happiness. Our fur kids are just that….our
kids! They depend on us but they also provide
us with the love that only a fur kid can give and that is one important and
special kind of love!
As a Corgi owner, a dog-mom and a citizen of my
community that obeys laws, lives in a family neighborhood and is an advocate
for animals I am utterly still in shock that an individual who could very well
live next door to me in my community caused such horror and loss all in just
seconds.
RCW 16.52.205 is regarding animal cruelty in the first degree, a
person is guilty of animal cruelty if he or she intentionally inflicts
substantial pain on, causes physical injury to, or kills an animal by a means
causing undue suffering, or forces a minor to inflict unnecessary pain, injury,
or death on an animal.
People must live peaceably and live with
kindness. Evil has no place in our
society and it is up to the law to punish the offenders.
A Corgi MOM and one of the many voices for Molly
speaking up and asking for justice, please.
